We are so excited to be starting our summer Bible Study! What a diverse and great group of women we have. I can't wait to see what God has in store for us. Each and every Bible Study I attend I learn so much. "Who knows" what is in store for those of us who are faithful to His Word and are willing to submit to the destiny He has planned for us. Here we are Lord, use us!!!!

Lori, I just wanted you to know that I read your comment to Melissa's post on the LPM blog, and I stopped and prayed for Laurie. I am not adopted or anything, but I also didn't have a close relationship with my parents growing up. Very often I sense that deep longing, and God has helped to condition me to know when I feel it that I'm wanting Him and not "better" parents or someone else. I know its hard to deal with the thoughts and feelings that come with the longing. But, it wouldn't have mattered if I had parents who literally told me they loved me 24/7, the longing would be the same. Its a lie that they could fill it. Satisfaction is found only in Jesus Christ!
